  • How long does it take to be connected to an interpreter?

    Usually just a few seconds for most languages.

  • What languages do you offer?

    We provide over-the-phone interpreting in more than 260 languages and dialects, and video interpreting in more than 40 languages and dialects, including American Sign Language. See our list of languages here.

  • What if I want to use over-the-phone interpreting and video interpreting? Do I have to sign up for two plans?

    No, you don't need two (unless you want two!). That's why we call them all Plus plans. If you want to use both phone interpreters and video interpreters, we recommend you sign up for the plan you think you'll use the most. Then send us an email at hello@accentableservices.com requesting access to the other type of interpreting and we'll add that access to your account with pay-as-you-go billing. As long as your Plus plan remains in good standing, you'll have access to both types of interpreting.

  • Do you offer customized reporting?

    Yes. We offer all customers the option to add advanced reporting, in addition to our standard reporting, free upon request. This can be helpful for organizations where multiple people, departments or locations will be using the same account.

  • Do different languages have different prices?

    No. Our services cost the same no matter which language you need.

  • Do you offer discounts to nonprofits?
