  • When will video remote interpreting services become available?

    We hope to roll out our video remote interpreting services soon, including American Sign Language. Our current clients at that time will be notified and given instant access to use the VRI services for $1.79 per minute.

    Yes. We offer all customers the option to add advanced reporting, in addition to our standard reporting, free upon request. This can be helpful for organizations where multiple people, departments or locations will be using the same account.

  • Do different languages have different prices?

    No. Our services cost the same no matter which language you need.
